I’m gonna share a simple, basic chia pudding recipe. This is very easy, and very tasty too! Can be eaten for breakfast or at any time – it’s very healthy too!
I’ll write about the benefits of chia seeds another day, this time I’m only going to share the recipe with you ;)
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1½ deciliter of milk (I prefer almond, this is a little sweet too)
- Seeds from 2 vanilla pods (if you like) or 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Let it stay for minimum 2-3 hours in the fridge, or as overnight till the following morning.
Note: You can eat this pudding as it is, or top it with any kind of fruit, compote etc. ;)
